The Gallery has a clear and focused contemporary programme that consists exclusively of solo exhibitions by one of the nineteen represented artists, FRED works with both emerging and established international artists working in a variety of media. The Gallery also actively promotes our stable of artists to national and international museums and private and public collections.In September 2006, Fred Mann launched a project space in Leipzig. This was due to the gallery being awarded a prize by Gerd Harry [Judy] Lubke of Eigen + Art and as a result the gallery has a project space in the Leipzig Spinnerei for one year. The gallery will continue its presence in Leipzig with the construction of a new permanent exhibition space, opening in September 2007.Most recently, in October 2006 Fred Mann launched a record label, Fred Label, which has been set up to record, produce, distribute and promote new music by a wide range of artists.
